For accountancy firms
We write to Swiss SMEs that want to outsource their bookkeeping or change their accountancy firm. Anyone who meets your criteria books the first meeting straight into your calendar. As standard you pay CHF 300 plus Swiss VAT per booked meeting, and the first five are free.
Qualification
You decide what makes a suitable client.
We only write to companies, never to private individuals. Anyone who replies first answers your criteria. Only those who meet them receive your calendar link.
The criteria listed are examples typical of your sector. You set out your own criteria in writing during onboarding.
Examples of typical criteria
01Legal form and age
For example limited companies (GmbH and AG) that have been in the commercial register for at least a year.
02Size
For example 3 to 50 employees, so that payroll and year-end accounts add up to a client worth having.
03Scope of services
For example bookkeeping with year-end accounts and VAT, not just a one-off tax return.
04Trigger
For example a change of accountancy firm, succession at the current accountant, a new company or growth beyond in-house bookkeeping.
05Timing
For example a switch at the next financial year or within the next six months.
06Exclusions
For example existing clients, sectors you do not serve or regions outside your catchment area.
Process
Three steps to your first meeting.
You decide who is a good fit. We find these companies, write to them, check your criteria and book the meeting.

Onboarding
In the onboarding form you set out who you are looking for, what counts as qualified and when you can take meetings.
- Step 02
Outreach and qualification
We compile the target list from the commercial register, check every company individually and write to each one personally. Anyone who shows interest first answers your criteria.
- Step 03
You hold the first meeting
The meeting is in your calendar, together with the answers from pre-qualification: size, scope of services, trigger and timing. You know beforehand who you are talking to.

As standard we do not work exclusively. If you want to be the only accountancy partner across Switzerland, we agree this separately against a retainer.

If nobody turns up or the prospect demonstrably is not a fit, you receive a replacement meeting or a credit.

We do not yet have references from partners, so we do not quote meeting numbers. That is why the first five meetings are on us: you check the quality yourself before you pay anything.

Do you also write to private individuals for tax returns?
No. We only write to companies. Anyone looking only for a private tax return does not meet your criteria and does not receive a calendar link.
Can I limit myself to certain services, such as payroll or VAT?
Yes. During onboarding you set out which services a client must require. We clarify this in the email thread before a meeting is booked.
Will my existing clients be contacted?
Not if you exclude them. You can provide a list. We only use it to exclude these companies.
Do you also work for other accountancy firms?
As standard we do not work exclusively, so other providers of the same service can also become partners. If you want to be the only accountancy partner across Switzerland, we agree this separately against a retainer. If accountancy is already taken, we tell you openly.
What if a prospect is not a fit in the meeting?
If they demonstrably do not meet your criteria or do not turn up, report it within 48 hours with a short reason. You receive a replacement meeting or a credit in the following month.
