Privacy policy

This policy describes how Cavaler Media GmbH, Kelmattstrasse 11, 6403 Küssnacht am Rigi, Switzerland (kontakt@cavalermedia.ch), processes personal data. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies.

Who is responsible

The controller is Cavaler Media GmbH at the address above. For any question about your data, write to kontakt@cavalermedia.ch.

What data we process

Information you send us through the form or by email (name, company, email, phone, details of your offer and, for a partner application, figures such as capacity, client value and close rate). When you visit the website, the hosting provider collects technical data it needs to operate the site (for example IP address, time and the page requested).

Purpose

We use your information to answer your enquiry and to assess and carry out a possible partnership. We do not sell any data.

Business emails to companies

On behalf of our partners, we write to companies using publicly listed business contact addresses. Any company we contact can ask us at any time to stop contacting it and to delete its data. A short reply is enough.

Disclosure and transfers abroad

We use service providers for hosting, email sending and appointment booking. We forward submissions from our forms to ourselves for internal processing via the messaging service Telegram. These providers may also process data outside Switzerland. We ensure appropriate protection, for example through standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep data for as long as the purpose requires or the law obliges us to.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data. Write to kontakt@cavalermedia.ch.

Visitors from the UK and the EU

If the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR applies to you, we process your data to take steps at your request before a possible contract and to perform that contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, assessing partnerships and contacting companies in a relevant business context (Art. 6(1)(f)). The business contact details we use for outreach come from publicly available sources such as company websites and the commercial register. In addition to the rights above, you can object to processing based on legitimate interest, ask us to restrict processing, request a copy of your data in a portable format and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).

This English version is provided for convenience. Where it differs from the German version, the German version prevails; the section for visitors from the UK and the EU applies in addition.
